"24" setting bad example for military?

“Only a psychopath can torture and be unaffected. You don’t want people like that in your organization. They are untrustworthy, and tend to have grotesque other problems.”

Whatever it takes: The politics of the man behind 24

So here's my question: What about the psychological stability of people who take their behavioral cues from a TV show in the first place?

Even more surprising/disturbing: Rush Limbaugh has a friend?

24 is the funniest sci fi ensemble office comedy series since Star Trek: The Next Generation.

They're absolutely right. There's no place for torture and bloodthirstiness in today's military.
So send them to the Department of Homeland Security, where they'd be appreciated. Just last week, a Homeland Security officer shot two furniture company employees, loading up a van in MD, killing one and putting the other in the ICU. Bet he walks.
Or maybe send 'em to NASA- I understand they're looking for some fresh, well adjusted astronauts.
