You seem to have spanking on the brain. Would you like to have a good Frauline come by and tell you what a dirty boy you have been?
Dude, that's some funny-ass stuff. As an aficionado and insider in the comics game, do you think the recurring theme of spanking as depicted on these covers is merely emblematic of societal acceptance of corporal punishment during that era, or is it perhaps some kind of secret joke shared by a few kinky editors, like that Donald Duck/no pants thing?
Superfrankenstein,
Three spankings on one page. You've beaten the previous world record held by Fatty Arbuckle.
You are a filthy man... who knows what he likes!
STFU,
I don't know if Mort Weisinger, the Superman editor, was trying to be kinky or just running with ideas he thought kids could relate to... But I did run a filthy excerpt from a novel he wrote. If you read it, you will never want to have sex again.
