SuperFrankenstein, however, knows nothing about politics.

(Exception: He is an expert at saying "BUSH SUCKS" in response to ANY issue.)

To take things back on-topic for a moment - if that's okay with you, spyboy - I always felt a little sad that Hourman passed away the way it did, mostly because I wanted to get more Amazo. The Amazo stories always felt like the thematic core of the book - it seemed to me to be as much about the redemption of this previously one-note character as it was about the protagonist.

When the long-awaited "SUPERFRANKENSTEIN: The Motion Picture" finally gets made, I would really like to see SpySmasher (pride of central Wisconsin) played by the guy who plays Duane Schrute on "the Office."

sorry, damn it, typical foggy liberal that I am...that should of course be "Dwight Schrute," not Duane. Seriously, though, imagine that guy reading any and all of SpyMaster's posts and you'll agree that the casting is perfect.

As ever,

Tex

...what the flying fuck does that mean?

...aaanyway, I aint read any of those comics but I thought PARA was just swell.

I did NOT write the "at least I'm white" commment above!

Since you liberals can't defeat me with IDEAS (you have none), one of you has decided to smear me by posting hateful racial comments under MY name.

Liberals, see what you have come to?

Pathetic!

Dibny, thanks for liking Hourman!

Tom,
I notice you were the editor of Doom Patrol during the latter half of Morrison's run. Thank you for approving the "Beardhunter" story. That's the funniest thing I ever read.

I love that story too, anonymous. Thanks for reminding me. But don't think I exercised any authority over Grant; he's such a great writer, I'd have printed the Odor Eaters from his sneakers.

It had kind of a "Peyer vibe" to it. I dunno. And it seemed to continue into your stuff as well. The issue of Hourman where Tyler took a vacation to the Hourman century and was surrounded by infinite versions of Snapper and Beth playing sitar, bongos and giving massages has to be one of my favourite panels ever.

You know who's hot? That Dakota Fanning. Man, I could make her happy.

you know....this whole time I thought this was Stuart Moore's blog.HA! am I retarded or what?

I thought it was my blog too! Am I retarded?

Grant deserves huge credit for DOOM PATROL, but SuperFrankenstein deserves some too. The book was never as crazy as when Tom was egging Grant on, playing games in the letter column, and suggesting things like the DOOM FORCE special.

Best,
Stuart Moore
